As small as you choose it to be.

In the last month I worked with people based in the United States, Canada, Australia, China, and Japan.

I’ve marked 5 and 13 year milestones with friends based in different countries which I have also each visited multiple times.

What’s remarkable is that this isn’t extra-ordinary for people to work and live like this anymore, it’s normal – what the world has to offer is available to each of us. (The caveat of course is that like all relationships, it’s just as important as ever to put effort in to sustaining good communication and relational intimacy with the people).

So now it’s possible that to shrink the world, will you?
